Cleveland, Ohio - Amherst Steele and Walsh Jesuit are the only area Division I teams among the top 10 this week. Amherst is ranked third and Walsh Jesuit grabbed the sixth spot.

 Solon was the only other area team to be ranked among the top 20, as the 9-3 Comets are 14th.

 Strongsville, Stow, Medina, Saint Ignatius and St. Edward comprised the other area teams to receive a vote or votes.

 1. Mason (16-5); 2. Olentangy Liberty (19-3); 3. Amherst Steele (16-4); 4. Grove City (14-4); 5. Lakota East (11-3); 6. Walsh Jesuit (15-2); 7. Archbishop Moeller (11-6); 8. Massillon Jackson (10-3, defending State Champ); 9. Anthony Wayne (14-2) and 10. Cincinnati Elder (12-5).
