Ohio City - The 14-6 Wildcats, who came away with victories at Kenston and versus Whitney Young at home in the final weekend of the regular season, were dropped one spot by cleveland.com.

Saint Ignatius, riding a four-game winning streak and seeded third at the Division I Strongsville Sectional/District, begins its postseason run on Saturday night in a Sectional Final versus the winner of Wednesday's Sectional Semifinal between sixth-seeded Brecksville-Broadview Heights and 11th-seeded Valley Forge. The tipoff from Father Sullivan Gymnasium on Saturday is now listed as 7:30 PM.

Here are the final Top Ten teams in the seven-county area poll.

 1. St. Edward (19-3) - The Eagles, seeded No. 1 at the Division I Strongsville Sectional/District, enter the postseason unbeaten in Northeast Ohio.

2. Solon (21-1) - The Comets' only setback was at St. Edward last week.

 3. Garfield Heights (16-5) - Sonny Johnson's Bulldogs are barking again.

4. Stow (19-3) - Avenged an earlier loss to Brecksville-Broadview Heights big time.

 5. Benedictine (17-5) - The Bengals Roar.

 6. Cleveland Central Catholic (17-5) - The Ironmen impress versus a who's who schedule.

7. Archbishop Hoban (19-3) - The Knights have a thousand eyes.

 8. Brunswick (17-5) - Seeded second at the Strongsville Sectional/District, the Blue Devils will probably matchup with Saint Ignatius in the District Semifinals.

 9. Cornerstone Christian (15-7) - Michael Bothwell and Company took on the big boys all winter and more than held their own.

 10. Lakewood (20-2) - The Rangers, who moved up four spots from last week, will take a 17-game winning streak into the Strongsville Sectional/District, where they are seeded fourth. One of Lakewood's setbacks was to neighborhood rival St. Edward on opening night and the Rangers should face the Eagles again in the District Semifinals.

This corner will be previewing the Wildcats' Sectional Final matchup later this week. Thanks go out to cleveland.com for the little bulletin board material.

Have a great week, my friends.
