Eagles and Wildcats Enter Week 10 as #1-2 in AP Poll

St. Edward and Saint Ignatius will enter their regular-season finale area headliner ranked 1-2, respectively, in the latest Associated Press Division I State Poll

The Wildcats and the Eagles, who meet on Saturday night at 7 in storied Lakewood Stadium, are also ranked 1-2 in the all-important OHSAA Region 1 Computer Playoff Rankings. Saint Ignatius holds down the No. 1 spot in Region 1 entering this week.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — How a state panel of sports writers and broadcasters rates Ohio high school football teams in the weekly Associated Press poll of 2017, by OHSAA divisions, with won-lost record and total points (first-place votes in parentheses):
