Coach Becker: The Varsity Golf Teams competed in the Lion-Cardinal Invitational held at Little Mountain Country Club and Quail Hollow Country Club this past Sunday and Monday. The Wildcats' Varsity "A" team finished 6th and the Varsity "B" team was right behind in 7th place out of the total field of 20 teams.

The Wildcats were led by sophomore Jake Moraca, who shot solid rounds of 73 and 75 to finish third overall in the tournament. Enclosed are the Saint Ignatius team scores and the final team tallies for the tournament. The Wildcats are now off until 9-11, when they travel to Fowler's Mill to take part in the Gilmour Invitational.
