Belated congratulations to sophomore wrestler, Zach Morgan, who recently finished in 7th place at the Power Lifting World Championships in June.

Also, incoming freshman wrestler, Ethan Tomford won the power lifting state championship at 130 lbs. with a 154 lb. bench press, 225 lb. squat, and 308 lb. dead lift.

Zach Morgan also won a state championship for push/pull at 130 lbs., besting his own state records with a 171 lb. bench press, and 370 lb. dead lift.

Zach and Ethan will both be competing in the Power Lifting Nationals in Atlanta on Oct. 13th.
