Runners and parents,

This week's schedule: Monday: Mastick Woods, 5:00-6:30pm.

Tuesday: Lake Farmpark XC Race. Race Time 6:30pm. Please arrive by 5:45pm if you are driving on your own. Bus leaves St. Ignatius from in front of Sullivan Gym at 5:00pm. Picnic to follow. The bus will return immediately following the picnic. This is a new location, so look for the Saint Ignatius tent when you arrive.

Wednesday: Edgewater, 3:30-5:30pm. Bus transportation provided. Bus leaves at 3pm in front of Sullivan Gym and returns to SIHS immediately following practice. Bus transportation is provided daily now unless otherwise indicated.

Thursday: Mastick Woods, 3:30-5:30. Bus transportation provided.

Friday: Edgewater, 3:30-5:30.

Saturday: Easy 3 mile run on your own.

Sunday: 45 minutes-1 hour run on your own.

NOTE: Please try and attend the Wildcat Roar event on August 20th to show your support for the Cross Country team. This is the main fundraising event of the year for the athletic department. The Wildcats Roar will be celebrating Saint Ignatius Athletics and our successes this past year.

We will also share some exciting news about the expansion of our athletic facilities and ways you can help ensure the growth and future of Saint Ignatius Athletics. Proceeds from this event help support all of the 16 athletic programs and more than 1,000 athletes at Saint Ignatius High School.

Due to the large number of runners, a second gear order was placed after the final time trial. Some of the gear was backordered, so as soon as the gear arrives, I will distribute the remaining orders. Thanks for your patience.
