Saint Ignatius' Gold Cats Golf Team places eighth in the Tannehauf Invitational

The Gold Cats placed 8th out of 15 teams in Friday's Tannenhauf Invitational hosted by Marlington High School.

The Cats shot a combined score of 329. Low man for Saint Ignatius was freshman, Andrew Kaye, who shot an impressive 75. Owen Bilardo and Jess Saunders each carded an 84.

Ray Kman shot an 86, KJ Ripich an 87, and Angelo Corna an 89.

The field at Tannenhauf included the team from Green High School, who finished first with a 290. Rounding out the top five places were Massilon Jackson with a 305, North Canton Hoover with a 321, Dover with a 322, and GlenOak with a 324.

The Gold Cats are in action again tomorrow (Saturday) in a tri match with University School and St. Edward at Manikiki Golf Course.
