From Coach Arbeznik: The Goff Rugby Report recently did an analysis of the toughest schedules in the country for 2016 and we came in at #4 overall.
Other familiar teams in the "Top 10" are #7 St. Edward (whom we played 3 times), #6 Xavier, #3 Cathedral, #2 Penn (whom we played twice) and #1 Gonzaga.
Of the Top 10 toughest schedules, 4 of the top 6 are Jesuit High Schools (Gonzaga, Saint Ignatius, Sacramento Jesuit and Xavier).
We're finalizing our 2017 schedule, but it should once again be among the toughest. We'll have Penn, Cathedral, Gonzaga, and St. Edward on there again. We'll also be looking to add a very tough Canadian side, Xavier of NYC, Georgetown Prep (DC), and some competitive games during our spring tour to France.
