The Saint Ignatius varsity football team (7-0) remains in the 17th spot in the USA Today Super 25 Massey National Rankings, which were released today.

Cincinnati Colerain (7-0), the only other Ohio team in the Super 25, held on to the 11th spot.

As we reported on the corner Saturday night, the Wildcats continue to hold down the top spot in the Region 1 computer playoff ratings by ratings guru Joe Eitel. The OHSAA will release its official Harbin ratings on Tuesday.

The Wildcats are expected to remain No. 1 in both The Plain Dealer area poll and the Associated Press Division I state poll, which will be released this evening.
