The Saint Ignatius Wildcats continue to lead the only poll that really matters - the OHSAA Harbin computer playoff ratings for Region 1, which were released a few minutes ago.

As football ratings guru Joe Eitel projected in his Saturday night/Sunday morning ratings list, the Wildcats are followed in Region 1's top eight by Willoughby South, North Royalton, St. Edward, Mentor, Austintown Fitch, Warren G. Harding and the Cleveland Heights Tigers.

The top eight teams in each of the state's 24 regions at the end of the regular season qualify for the OHSAA regional-quarterfinal playoffs and the top four are awarded a home game in the quarterfinals.
