Coming up next week, the corner will complete its winter sports previews with a look at Coach Sean O'Toole's varsity basketball team, Coach Mark Sullivan's wrestling program and Coach Jeff Ridler's swimming and diving Wildcats, who are coming off a fifth- place finish at last year's state meet.

The corner will also be on hand Friday night, Nov. 30, when the Saint Ignatius varsity hockey team takes on the Warriors from Walsh Jesuit in the home opener at Brooklyn's John M. Coyne Recreation Center, a.k.a. "The Big Barn on Memphis."
