As of early this afternoon, Saint Ignatius was in a five-way tie for 46th place with 14 points at the prestigious Ironman tournament at Walsh Jesuit. The Wildcats have been hampered by an injury to 126-pound standout Tommy Zeigler, who was on crutches all week.

As we reported on the corner last night, the Wildcats' swimmers are competing in the Ned Reeb Inviataional at The Ohio State University today and have already qualified a significant number of competitors to tonight's finals.
