Cats climb one spot in latest state poll

Coach Sean O'Toole's Wildcats varsity basketball team moved up one spot to seventh place in the weekly Associated Press Division I boys state basketball poll.

Mentor is ranked 10th and Shaker Heights and St. Edward are 11th and 14th, respectively.

The AP poll is based on the votes by a statewide panel of sports writers and broadcasters. The first-place votes are next to the name of the school in parenthesis.
