Senior lefty Mike LaManna, whose outstanding play at quarterback helped Saint Ignatius' 2012 varsity football team to an 11-2 record and an appearance in the Division I, Region 1 championship game, told the corner this evening that he received a scholarship offer today from St. Francis University in Pennsylvania. St. Francis is an NCAA Division I-AA program.

Mike said he visited St. Francis on Monday and really liked the campus. He also visited Dayton on Tuesday and will be making his official visit to Ashland University on Thursday.
