Here are this weekend's bowling results vs. Villa Angela-St. Joseph High School, the tenth week of the bowling season. VASJ forfeited this match due to not having enough players.

2) Handicap - Wildcats win 7-0 (7 point total)

3) OHSAA - Wildcats will not be honored with this win due to the OHSAA ruling - if there is not an opponent competition there will not be a win in this category.

Wildcats total pin fall - 3459.

****Our star bowlers for the tenth week: Freshman Ralph Deadwyler Jr. - 225; 201; 266 = 692 Series (Awesome), Sophomore Garrett Forst - 236; 181; 246 = 663 Series (Awesome) and Senior Andy Maykut - 206; 201; 237 = 644 Series (Awesome).

FROM COACH KASTANIS: "This past Saturday, first-place St. Edward and fifth-place Benedictine faced off. Benedictine defeated St. Edward, 7-0, putting our Wildcats in first place in the Scratch Division, as we already have clinched the Handicap Division. With one week left in the season we will be facing eleventh-place St. Peter Channel at Cloverleaf Lanes on Saturday at 9 a.m. St. Edward will be facing fourth-place Holy Name, giving us a good chance of clinching the Scratch Division. Please come cheer our Wildcats on as they go for the sweep of the league (Greater Cleveland Interscholastic Bowling League) for the first time in Saint Ignatius bowling history."
