Congratulations from the corner go out to Coach Pat O'Rourke's varsity hockey team, which finished No. 1 in the final coaches state poll for 2012-13.

The Wildcats added this honor to a Baron Cup I championship, a Red North West Division championship and the top seed for the upcoming OHSAA Brooklyn District. Saint Ignatius begins OHSAA tournament play on Monday versus Avon Lake. The puck will drop in Brooklyn's John M. Coyne Recreation Center at 6 p.m.
