The corner would like to express its congratulations to Wildcats senior football standouts Tim McVey, Dave Katusha and Kevin Kavalec, who are among this year's area High School Scholar-Athletes Award Winners. Tim, Dave and Kevin will be recognized on May 7 at the 25th annual Northeastern Ohio Chapter of the National Football Foundation's Scholar-Athlete Awards Banquet.

The event will take place at the LaCentre Banquet Facility in Westlake, beginning with a reception at 5:30 p.m. and a dinner at 6:30.

Again, congrats to Tim, Dave and Kevin, Coach Chuck Kyle and the entire Saint Ignatius football program.
