This weekend, the Wildcat Navy competed in the Midwest Championship Regatta.

Forty eight teams from seven states sent over 500 boats to the competition. The Wildcats had an impressive performance. Almost every boat qualified for the finals, with 44 athletes earning medals in their races on Sunday.

In addition, an all-time record of 33 rowers earned the chance to represent Saint Ignatius in the Scholastic National Championship Regatta in Philadelphia over Memorial Day Weekend. These Wildcats will compete against the top 200 teams from around the country.

Congratulations to all of the rowers and good luck to the athletes preparing for Nationals in two weeks.
