Ohio City - Congratulations from the corner go out to Saint Ignatius' gifted southpaw Nick Margevicius '14, who has accepted a baseball scholarship from Rider University.

Located in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, Rider is a member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.

Nick, whose 9-1 record helped Coach Brad Ganor's Wildcats to a Division I state runner-up finish this past spring, garnered Special Mention on The Plain Dealer's seven-county All-Star Team.

This coming season, Nick will join fellow senior and West Virginia recruit Nick Fabian as two of Coach Ganor's three captains.

Again, congrats to Nick, his family and the entire Saint Ignatius baseball program.
