From Wildcats outstanding head hockey coach Pat O'Rourke '90: Just wanted to let all of you know that the Nov 30th Saint Ignatius varsity game vs. St. Michael (ONT) in the Walsh Jesuit Tournament at Kent State University has been moved from 5:15 PM to 7:00 PM. Our morning game that same day vs. Serra Catholic was previously moved to 9:45 AM, also.

Congratulations to Coach Sean O'Toole '87, Eric Black and the rest of the Varsity Basketball Wildcats for garnering the seventh spot in the cleveland.com preseason Top 25 seven-county poll. Coach Babe Kwasniak's Villa Angela-St. Joseph Vikings grabbed the No. 1 preseason spot.

Eric Black, the Wildcats' 6-foot-7 senior post/forward, was selected as one of the Top 40 preseason players to watch by cleveland.com. Eric averaged 9 points and pulled down 139 rebounds (second highest on the team) last season. He made 14 starts and led the 'Cats in offensive rebounds with 62. Eric was selected by Coach O'Toole and his staff as the Wildcats' Most Improved Player for 2012-13 and was a Special Mention Division I All-Northeast Lakes District selection.
