ICE CATS COME UP WITH THEIR THIRD CONSECUTIVE SHUTOUT AT THE WALSH TOURNAMENT.

Coach Pat O'Rourke's varsity hockey team blanked St. Michael (Ontario), 4-0, in Saturday night's semifinal round of the annual Walsh Jesuit Thanksgiving Invitational at Kent State University.

Sophomore goalie Dylan McKeon had 17 saves as the Ice Cats out shot St. Michael, 51-17.

Saint Ignatius (3-0-1) will enter Sunday morning's finale against Toledo St. John's Jesuit having outscored its three tournament opponents, 19-0 (see the corner's posts below).

Providing the goals that handed St. Michael its first loss in the tournament were sophomore center Aidan Spellacy, senior forward and captain Beck Schultz, senior forward Brian Fitzgerald and junior left wing Ethan Whitney.
