Here are the bowling results vs. Brookside High School in the fifth week of the 2013-2014 bowling season. There are three different categories, plus Baker Games.

1) Scratch = Wildcats Win, 7-0 (7 point total). Wildcats total pin fall for this category = 2716 (889;859;968)
vs. Brookside High School = 1940 (632;629;679).

2) Handicap = Wildcats win in this category, 7 - 0 (7 point total).

3) OHSAA = Wildcats Win, 1-0 (1 point total). This win is based on the grand total of pin fall of scratch pins, plus the total of two Baker Games.
Wildcats Total Pin Fall = 3085/Brookside High School Total Pin Fall = 2207.

4) Baker Games (Wildcats) = 189;180 = Series Total 369 vs.(Brookside High School) = 135;132 = 267.

Our star bowler for the fifth week: Sophomore Ralph Deadwyler = 219; 201; 201= 621 series. This is the fourth consecutive week that Ralph has had a 600 series-plus. Ralph also has the second highest average in the league with a 211 average. (Awesome!).

Sophomore Gianni Schaefer = 245 game, Series = 583 (Awesome!)
Senior Phil Criswell (Captain) = 200 game (Awesome)!
On the junior varsity side of things, the Wilkdcats are showing much improvement as well: Junior Antonio DiFranco = 245 game (Awesome!) and Sophomore Cedric Crawford = 228, Series = 585 (Awesome!)

FROM COACH KASTANIS: "We accomplished improvement and understanding of the conditions that the alleys are applying. We still need much more improvement, heading in the right direction. Our next steps are to work harder on spares. The young men understand the critical need of making spares."
