Do you know tennis and have availability in the spring?

The Saint Ignatius Athletic Department is searching for a JV tennis coach.

The Tennis Cats are coming off of an excellent 2019 season. Three Wildcats qualified for States in May, and the varsity team ended the year with a 9-1 record in dual matches. The JV squad rolled to a 6-1 mark in dual matches in 2019, earning several impressive wins.

The JV coach will work with head coach Bobbe Bennett to lead the tennis program. The coach will help at practices and coach the JV team during its matches. Practices and games are mostly on weekdays after school, but some matches are on weekends.

Besides coaching tennis, the JV coach will also help to provide transportation to matches, particularly road games.

This position includes a paid stipend.

To apply, or if you have any questions, please contact Athletic Director Rory Fitzpatrick '88 at rfitzpatrick@ignatius.edu.
