Solon is the regular season Division I poll champion with 240 points and 12 first-place votes. The Comets are followed in the top five by Thomas Worthington with 223 points, Cincinnati St. Xavier with 215 points, Louisville with 203 points and Saint Ignatius with 171 points.

As we reported in Monday's Where the Cats Play, Coach Dr. Mike Gallagher's defending State Champion Harriers will be competing at the Boardman Regional on Saturday. Coach Gallagher has the starting time listed as 12:30 PM.
