The top eight teams in each region at the end of the regular season (October 29) qualify for the annual OHSAA playoffs.

Here are the current top 12 spots in the Division I, Region 1 Ratings. Go to the Ohio High School Athletic Association web site and click on Football Information for a look at the entire state.

3. Canton McKinley, 4-1, 11.9

4. St. Edward, 4-1, 11.2

6. GlenOak, 4-1, 10.25 ('Cats travel to GlenOak Week 7)

7. Tie - Euclid, 3-2 and North Canton Hoover, 3-2, both with 7.3

9. Saint Ignatius, 4-1, 6.75

10. Austintown Fitch, 3-2, 6.25

11. Mentor, 2-3, 6.15

12. Tie - Shaker Heights, 3-2 and Cleveland Heights, 3-2, both with 5.05
