Saint Ignatius Athletics Director Rory Fitzpatrick '88 said the Wildcats' junior varsity football team has added a game for the 2012 season. On Friday night, October 12, Coach Ryan Franzinger's JV 'Cats will face the jayvee team from Glenville. The kickoff will be 6 p.m.

*Just a reminder that Coach Mike McLaughlin's nationally acclaimed soccer program will face the Strongsville Mustangs tomorrow night (Thursday) on Foltz Field in Strongsville's Foltz Industrial Parkway. The junior varsity match is slated for 5, with the varisty match scheduled for 7. Coach McLaughlin's varsity team will take a 4-0 record and a 21-match winning streak into Strongsville.

State champions in 2010 and 2011, and winners of a record five Division I boys state soccer championships, the Wildcats have won 49 of their past 50 matches.
