Cleveland's unpredictable weather has struck again.

Saturday's weather forecast for rain in the morning has forced a venue change and switches in the schedule for the Ohio Jesuit Tournament this weekend, featuring the Wildcats, Walsh Jesuit Warriors, Toledo St. John's Jesuit Titans, and the St. Xavier Bombers.

The tournament will now span three days and be hosted solely at Baldwin Wallace University's Fisher Field. The Wildcats initially planned to host Saturday's opening games at Classic Park, the home of the Lake County Captains, but Mother Nature caused a change.

The schedule will now be as follows:

Saturday

1:00 pm: Saint Ignatius vs. St. Xavier

5:00 pm: Mass at St. Mary's Chapel at Saint Ignatius

Sunday

11:00 am: St. John's Jesuit vs. St. Xavier

1:30 pm: St. John's Jesuit vs. Walsh Jesuit

Monday

5:00 pm: Saint Ignatius vs. Walsh Jesuit

The Wildcats, the hosts for the weekend, enter with a 12-5-1 record after two tough losses in the past two days. The Titans carry a 14-4 record to Northeast Ohio with a week to rest due to rain, following a couple of big conference wins. The Warriors have also not played much lately after splitting a two-game series with Benedictine and defeating Lake Catholic to advance to 15-1. The Bombers have struggled as of late, dropping two straight games to Elder to fall to 7-10.

Fans of all teams are encouraged to visit Ohio City Burrito (at 1844 W. 25th St., a 5-minute walk from Saint Ignatius). If you visit Ohio City Burrito on Saturday, May 4, 20% of your purchase will go to support childhood cancer research through Kick-It for Cancer, in memory of Kevin Healey '10. All you have to do is mention that you are there in support of the Fundraiser at the register, any time between 10:30 am-10 pm on Saturday.
