2024 Youth Hockey Camp

Please complete and submit this form online on or before the first day of camp.

If you have any questions regarding payment, please contact the Finance Office at (216) 651-0222 ext. 4327.

The registration form and camp fee are due on or before the first day to complete the registration process and secure your child's spot in the camp.

This form should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. You cannot save and return to the form once you have started to complete it, so please be prepared to complete the form and credit card payment in one sitting.

Please be aware that completing this form on a mobile phone may cause duplicate entries and payments. Please complete the form on a desktop browser or tablet if available.

When: 3 Days - June 12, June 18 and June 26
                  6:00-6:45 p.m. (Boys/Girls Grades K-6th)
                  7:00-7:45 p.m. (Boys/Girls Grades 7th-8th)
Where: All camps will be held at John M. Coyne Rec Center in Brooklyn
Price: $100

Youth Hockey Camp - 3 Consecutive Camps

Dates: June 12, June 18 and June 26


Times: 
Session 1: 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. for grades K-6th boys and girls


Session 2: 7:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. for grades 7th-8th boys and girls


Where: Brooklyn Rec Center 


Cost: $100 (Free if your child is a Goalie)
