Because of the ongoing construction of its new Stadium,  Euclid High School has agreed to move the Week 3 Varsity Football Game versus Saint Ignatius to Byers Field in Parma's Robert M. Boulton Stadium.

The game will now be on Saturday, September 9 and the kickoff on Ridge Road and Day Drive will be 7 PM. Saint Ignatius will travel to Euclid's new Stadium in 2018.

With the switch of venues, the Wildcats now have five home games this season. The other home games are Week 4 versus Detroit Catholic Central, Week 6 versus Canada North-Clarkson, Week 7 versus Canton GlenOak and Week nine versus defending Division I state champion Cincinnati St. Xavier.

In an update that we promised to keep you posted on, the Wildcats' annual preseason Jamboree with the Canton McKinley Bulldogs remains as scheduled - Friday night August 18 at 7 PM in Canton's newly renovated Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium, formerly Fawcett Stadium.

With the Jamboree slated for Friday night the 18th, Saint Ignatius will have just five days to prepare for its season opener at Archbishop Hoban, which is scheduled for Thursday, August 24 at 7 PM.

Have a wonderful 4th of July and just another reminder that the Wildcats' final four mini camps of the preseason will take place on July 25th through the 28th at Wasmer Field, with the Varsity practicing from 3 PM to 5 PM and the Junior Varsity taking the field from 5 PM to 7 PM.
