Wildcats fans will see a familiar face on national television on Wednesday.

Saint Ignatius Head Football Coach Chuck Kyle '69 will be the center of a CBS Morning Show piece on football safety, airing nationally on Wednesday morning at 7:40 a.m.

CBS interviewed Kyle about the modified rookie tackle program he has pioneered through his position with the Cleveland Browns as youth football advisor. Kyle's work has drawn national attention and recognition from football people across the country.

Kyle has enjoyed plenty of success as the football coach of the Wildcats in his 34 seasons, including 13 OHSAA Division I State Championship appearances and 11 Division I state titles. Kyle's work in making the game safer for the next generation is just as impressive.

Kyle also works as an English teacher, and just completed his 34th season as head of the track and field squad, too.

Don't forget to tune into CBS tomorrow to see Coach Kyle!
