The Saint Ignatius tennis team is hitting all the right notes late in the season.

The Tennis Cats will send all seven players to Districts on Thursday after an impressive performance at Sectionals. The Wildcats also find themselves in a position to advance in the Ohio Tennis Coaches Association (OTCA) Tournament.

The Wildcats will host University School, the No. 1 team in the state, at Magnificat High School on Monday at 4 p.m. for the right to advance to the OTCA Division I quarterfinals.

Monday's matchup presents a big challenge for the Wildcats, but either way, the team has plenty to be proud of.

All seven Tennis Cats thrived at Sectionals, with Josh Hsia leading the way. The Case Western Reserve University commit claimed the top seed in singles play for the Wildcats, continuing his special 2017 campaign.

Freshman phenom Arjun Brahmbhatt followed Hsia, taking the three seed in singles play. The team's third singles player, Andy Siciliano, snagged the fourth seed.

In doubles play, Richie Hofstra and Brian Zhu combined to take the top seed. The savvy pair of Kevin Callanan and Jack McNally followed with the second spot.

Calling the results of Sectionals "great," Head Coach Jon Barker '87 noted his excited about today's match and expressed confidence in his men down the stretch.

Best of luck to the Tennis Cats today versus the Preppers. Make sure to support the Wildcats today at Magnificat!
