For the second straight season, the Saint Ignatius swimming and diving team finished second at the District Meet.

Dimitri Simcox played a critical role for the Wildcats, and has been recognized for his efforts. The senior swimmer is the Student-Athlete of the Week. 

Simcox thrived both individually and as part of the team last weekend. The senior won the 50 freestyle after setting the Sectional record the week before. 

Simcox was also part of the winning 200 medley and 400 free relay teams that will compete in Canton this weekend. He also qualified for States with the 200 free relay team.
