The Saint Ignatius hockey team just keeps winning.

The Ice Cats defeated the Lake Catholic Cougars on Tuesday evening, 10-0, to advance to 14-4 on the season. The victory marked the Wildcats' fourth straight.

As a result, the Ice Cats remain in first in the Ohio High School Ice Hockey State Coaches Poll for the fourth straight week, according to the OHSAA.

The Wildcats hold the first place spot by virtue of defeating several of the top ten teams, including #2 Toledo St. Francis, #3 St. Edward, #4. University School, #5 Columbus St. Charles, #9 Walsh Jesuit, and #10 Findlay.

The Wildcats, who have won 25 straight Great Lakes Hockey League games, will compete next in the National Jesuit Cup over MLK Weekend.
