Here is a winter workouts post from Wildcats distance mainstay Pat Nolan '17

 Sup Gents,

I hope everybody enjoyed their offseason, I know I did. However, it's getting to that time of year where you should start thinking about what you're going to be doing over the winter season when it comes to training.

Although official sign ups for track are still a few weeks away, us distance guys will begin running right after school at Saint Ignatius starting tomorrow (Monday) and will go most days after school. In addition we will be in the weight room Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4:15-5:00 (right after we run).

We will meet in the hallway outside of Murphy Gym to warm up and then head out around the city to run. Whether you're trying to build up for track or just stay in shape for cross country feel free to talk to the seniors or coaches and we can help figure out the best plan of action for you during the winter months.
